The Truth About Salvation
For many, salvation is simply about securing a place in heaven after death. But that view is far too narrow. Salvation is not just a future destination—it’s a present transformation. It’s not only about where we go when we die, but how we live while we’re here. Two Kingdoms, One Inheritance The Kingdom of Heaven speaks to our eternal home—where we will dwell with God the Father and Jesus Christ in glory. But the Kingdom of God is here and now. It’s active, present, and part of our inheritance as sons and daughters of God. What do we inherit? Everything Jesus reclaimed through His death and resurrection. He descended into hell, broke the enemy’s grip, and returned with the keys to life, authority, and blessing. Our inheritance includes:
We also inherit God’s righteousness, which empowers us to live out Matthew 6:33: “But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.” What Are “All These Things”? Jesus explains in Matthew 6:26–32 that our Father knows our needs—food, clothing, provision—and He is faithful to supply them: “Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?”
“See how the flowers of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. Yet not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these.” If God cares for birds and wildflowers, how much more will He care for His children? Living in the Promise God’s provision isn’t just spiritual—it’s holistic. Philippians 4:19 assures us: “And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of His glory in Christ Jesus.” This promise covers every dimension of life—spiritual, emotional, and material. It’s not about chasing wealth, but about trusting the One who holds all things. When we seek His Kingdom and walk in His righteousness, we step into the fullness of our inheritance. Our inheritance includes:
Faith to believe in his son Jesus and to receive all his blessings promised to us in his scriptures.
Gods promises of financial debt relief from the devil
Healing for our body, soul and spirit
Deliverance from hexes and curses
Power over evil spirits thru the anointing that every Christian receives at the completion of the new birth
Sanctification to keep us cleansed from sin and consecration to keep us separated from the pollution of worldliness, so that we can live a life holiness and obedience to God. And much more located in the red scripture in some bibles...
